Springbok lock Lood De Jager put through his paces

What does it take to get a Springbok rugby player back to peak fitness?

Back in May, Springbok rugby lock Lood De Jager was ruled out for the majority of the international rugby fixtures in 2018 when he sustained a torn pectoral muscle in a Super Rugby game.

Physiotherapist Candice Martin from the Sports Science Lab posted the below video to show De Jager being put through his paces as he returns to peak fitness:
